Ghetto Doorbell

Dear low-income apartment complex across the street,

That is a car horn for indicating and drawing attention in traffic.  It is not a doorbell.

It is 0725.  I have just got off the night shift and am trying to go to sleep.

I have a paintball grenade and nothing better to do with it.
