Strawberry Cake

Cake

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 pkg. strawberry Jello
• 1/2c frozen strawberries
• 3/4c cooking oil
• 1/3c water
• 4 eggs

Combine and bake in Angel food pan or make three 8-inch layers.

Icing

• 1 stick of oleo
• 1/2c frozen strawberries
• 1 box powdered sugar

Add enough juice to get a good spreading consistency.

What juice? Unknown. This is the danger of a quickly jotted recipe. Play around with it. --Ed.
