Microwave Brittle

(Peanuts or Pecan)

• 1c sugar
• 1/2c white Karo
• Stir, microwave on high for 4 min.
• 1c pecans or peanuts
• Stir in, 4 min.
• 1/2t oleo
• 1/2t vanilla
• Stir, 1-1/2 min.

Carefully remove & add 1t soda, stirring fast & pouring dull side of foil. No mess to clean up! Just a bowl & spoon.
