Cocoanut-Cornflake Cookies

• 3/4 c shortening
• Sugar
• 2 eggs, whole
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 c Corn Flakes
• 1 1/2 c cocoanut

Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Measure dry ingredients, add to shortening mixture. Add cocoanut. Drop from tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake in 375° oven.
