Cheese Ball

• 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 (8-ounce) jar process cheese spread
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon frozen chopped chives, thawed
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Chill 2 hours. Shape into a ball, and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
