Cheese Ball

- 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) jar process cheese spread
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon frozen chopped chives, thawed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans; beat on medium speed of
electric mixer until smooth. Chill 2 hours. Shape into a ball, and
roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
