Cherry Tart

• 16 graham crackers (crushed)
• 1/2 cup melted butter or oleo
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into baking pan.

Have the cr. cheese at room temperature. Mix well with 1/2 cup sugar, the beaten eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the crumbs. Bake 20 min. at 350 degrees.

Spread cherry pie filling on top and chill until very firm, overnight is best.

Serve topped with Cool Whip.
