Once upon a time, the doorbell rang. I opened the door and there was this little girl holding a kitten, saying she couldn't keep it, and asking if I wanted it. Well, what the hell, I wanted a cat anyway, might as well. At least I know I can give her a good home.
The girl came back to see the kitten a few weeks later, and informed me that she was named Bandit. This worked fine for me; I certainly wasn't coming up with anything. I was too busy questioning the implications of owning another creature by deciding its name and generally thinking about such things.
I found this video in my files directory quite a while after I did this page. I hardly remember taking it and have no idea why I didn't post it before.
