A lady, sounded old, called. Transferred from AOL. Once I deciphered the babbling I determined that she was all upset over a banner ad for some toolbar on the AOL Mail login page. She was just about in tears by the time I finished showing her how to check the "Remember Me" box so she wouldn't have to log in again every time she closed the browser. The way she saw it, the ad for the toolbar was stopping her getting to her mail. I'd hate to see her with real problems.
