About
I occasionally make things, even more occasionally write blog posts, but much more frequently teach sand to think, as a Solutions Architect at 1Password.
In case you’re curious, you can see what I like to use, or my defaults.
Disclaimer
While I’m employed by AgileBits, the makers of 1Password, I have used 1Password prior to the start of my employment, and had positive feedback prior to that time.
“What’s that thing in the footer”
Since the site is deployed using Git, I like to tag the current site with the release tag. This makes it easy to see what release I’m currently running on the site.
The format is rYYYY-XYZa
. YYYY
is the current year, XYZ
is the day of the
year for this release, and a
is the letter of the release. The first release
of a day starts at -xyz
, with the second release receiving -XYZa
and so on.
